How to Manage Credit and Debit Cards

Alwyzon accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cardsVisa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards can be set as your primary payent method. Once you added a credit card to your account you do not need to bother to manually pay invoices anymore. We will automatically charge your primary payment method until you either remove it from your account or you cancel your services.
  • External payment processors. We also support the external payment processors BanContact, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, and SOFORT. These payment methods are not processed locally on our servers, but you are redirected to the payment processors website and are required to authorize each payment there. This payment method only supports one-time payments and thus you will need to pay each individual invoice manually.
If you would like to use external payment processors, there are no further steps than to tick the payment method on the checkout form or when clicking "Pay Now" next to an recurring invoice. If you, however, chose credit card payments you might want to change your credit card details at some point and you can do so at any time: visit the Billings link in the left sidebar of the client area. Once you clicked that link you should see a tab "Credit Cards" where you can edit, delete and add credit cards linked to your account.
